1.Challenge

UpHome needed to turn its trade show presence into a real source of qualified business. With a small stand and great competition in the home automation sector, the challenge was to attract the right visitors, communicate technical value without jargon and accelerate interest through to sales contact - all within a few minutes of interaction.

2.Solution

We have developed a strategic kit of materials designed for fast conversion and immediate trust:

  • Corporate pamphlet - clear hierarchy of information: customer problem, UpHome solutions, competitive advantages and a call to action that led to a demonstration on the stand. Modular layout for quick reading and easy distribution.

  • Stand backdrop - a high-impact visual piece that reinforced the brand's identity, credentials and differentials, serving as a backdrop for demonstrations and photos.
    The design prioritized legibility, implicit social proof and visual paths that directed the visitor to the commercial contact point.

3.Results
  • More direct communication and a stronger identity have increased the quality of leads received at the event - more qualified visitors stayed longer at the stand and requested commercial follow-up.
  • The sales team reported noticeable improvement in the conversion rate of contacts into opportunities, This is the result of the clarity of the material and the directness of the messages.
