1. Challenge

Worldline is a global leader in payment solutions, operating across a broad and highly technical ecosystem that includes:

  • Merchant Services and Retail,

  • Payment solutions for large enterprises,,

  • Technologies for urban mobility and digital ticketing,,

  • high-security transactional services..

Each division works with complex subjects, technical integrations, and strategic content that must be communicated clearly to diverse audiences — from internal teams to international partners, executives, and global stakeholders. Plus Agency, Worldline’s in-house communication team, required a design partner capable of:

  • Structuring visual narratives for technical and strategic information;

  • Developing presentations consistent with Worldline’s global brand identity;

  • Organizing high-volume content with clarity and precision;

  • Supporting different business areas and leadership levels with speed and accuracy;

  • Increasing the impact of materials used in pitches, events, and institutional communication.

The central challenge was turning technological complexity into clear, structured, and visually aligned communication.

2. Solutions

Over the course of three years, the studio served as the specialized presentation design partner inside Plus Agency, developing more than 300 projects for Worldline’s various business units. The work was organized into three main pillars:

1. Storytelling and strategic content structuring

Presentations were developed to communicate topics such as:

  • Digital payment networks and flows,

  • Service and platform integrations,

  • Transaction paths and data security,

  • Customer and merchant journeys,

  • Operational efficiency and performance indicators,

  • Innovation strategies and governance structures.

2. Visual design and slide systems

The studio designed and refined:

  • Complete corporate templates aligned with Worldline’s global brand identity,

  • Custom diagrams and process flows,

  • Charts and data visualizations,

  • Conceptual illustrations of journeys and architectures,

  • Visual compositions for events and strategic meetings.

The approach prioritized consistency, legibility, and a corporate aesthetic aligned with Worldline’s global visual standards.

3. Creative support for teams and leadership

Multiple divisions and leadership levels were supported, including:

  • Commercial teams,

  • Product and innovation departments,

  • Ttechnology and operations

  • Internal communication

  • Executive leadership and board-level teams.

Deliverables included presentations for:

3. Results
