1.Challenge
A SingulaHR, HR tech from Stefanini Group, I needed to clearly and engagingly communicate the concept of Employee Journey Experience - a complete employee journey within organizations, from recruitment to termination, integrating technology, data and human experience.
The challenge was to translate dense, technical content into a visually dynamic, fluid and didactic presentation, able to show how technology enhances every stage of the employee journey.
In addition, communication should reflect the SingulaHR's innovative personality and its direct connection to Stefanini's ecosystem of solutions, without losing clarity or visual impact.
2.Solution
Wandenkolken Design developed a multimodal corporate presentation, in Power point, by combining information design, strategic visual storytelling and the use of animated transitions to guide the viewer through the journey.
Design and narrative approach
Storytelling was structured as a journey through the stages of the employee cycle, from Recruitment and Selection to Shutdown, This is an example of the integration of digital tools, artificial intelligence and automations that optimize each phase.
The visual palette remained the same SingulaRH's vibrant identity, with a predominance of magenta, purple and gradients that represent technology and humanization.
The photos and vector icons were treated with a balance between realism and digital language, symbolizing the coexistence of people and technology - one of the brand's pillars.
The concept of “Tech as a Service” applied to the journey
Each block of the presentation covered a stage of the journey with visual highlights and customized animations:
Recruitment and Selection - use of AI for matching of CVs, scheduling automation and OCR of documents.
Onboarding - creating a welcoming experience with interactive chatbot, welcome kit and personalized digital integration.
Integration - focus on the fluidity of internal communication, AI research, automated service and digital proactivity.
Human Development - emphasis on People Analytics, mentoring, PDI, corporate university and adaptive performance management.
Shutdown - closing the cycle with succession planning and continuous improvement based on redundancy data.
Design as experience
The use of controlled transitions and movements on each slide gave rhythm and clarity to the narrative, transforming the presentation into a immersive visual experience.
Each module functions as a visual “chapter”, reinforcing the idea of cycle and continuity of the employee's journey within the company.
3.Result
The final presentation positioned SingulaRH as a reference in integrated employee experience solutions, clearly communicating the strategic role of technology in the HR of the future.
The design raised the perception of the value of the proposal, translating complex concepts into accessible and inspiring visual language - ideal for commercial presentations, workshops and onboarding meetings with corporate clients.
“Employee Journey Experience” has become a SingulaRH's key positioning material, reinforcing the synergy between technology, people and purpose - essence of the Stefanini brand and ecosystem.
